We’ll set up a video call (you chose the best time through our online scheduling tool), listen to what you need, and highlight the features most relevant to your goals. Whether that’s simply automating your Level 10 meetings, setting up departmental scorecard roll-ups, or easing the paperwork process for Quarterly Conversations.

2 Remember how we said we love helping? Here’s another place you’ll see it in action.

After your demo, give us your “data dump” and we’ll put everything you need into the software. We even have a template that you can use to help organize your data. We’ll input your existing Accountability Chart, set up all of the users for your Leadership Team, enter all of the Issues from your current L10 and Same Page meetings, and move your V/TO into the software.

We call this “white glove setup” and with it we aim to take care of everything you need to make transitioning to Traction Tools a simple and seamless experience. We provide this service at no charge, as our Client Success team is focused on your success and doing everything in our power to support you!

Account Training

3 Within 24-48 hours after you provide us with your data, we’ll have your Traction Tools account set up and ready to rock and roll.

We’ll send you an update with an invite to schedule a walk through (again selecting the time that best fits your calendar), and we’ll walk you through running a Level 10 meeting in the software. Here is where you’ll experience using the software with one of our Client Success team at your side to answer any questions as they come up, and we’ll also help make any additional customizations identified during this walk through.
