Talent Acquisition Specialist

About us

We’re Radial Inc dba Traction® Tools—the first officially licensed software for companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, aka EOS. We are a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS startup, building our Human Resources Team. We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position is 100% remote.

 

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria and compensation structure.
  • Source, screen and select qualified candidates to pass along to the hiring managers.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github).
  • Schedule interviews with stakeholders; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials (including Predictive Index).
  • Manage candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong recruitment brand strategy.
  • Train and coach managers on interviewing/hiring best practices.
  • Stay up to date with talent acquisition best practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Research new recruitment avenues, best practices and industry standards.
  • Inform internal staff of all open positions and assist with internal application process.
  • Provide reports on recruiting activity.
  • Work with other HR staff to onboard new hires.
  • Assist with HR department initiatives such as employee culture, surveys, audits, employee file maintenance and ad hoc HR projects as needed.

 

What we look for
  • At least one year managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  •  3+ years of recruiting experience (either in-house recruiting or a staffing agency).
  • 1 year of HR Generalist experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have previous experience recruiting for technology related positions.
  • Proven experience recruiting passive candidates.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Experience managing pay for performance/programmatic job ads.
  • Knowledgeable in the laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Ability to adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft.
  • You should know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and be able to build and grow talent networks.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook and other social recruiting platforms.
  • Proficient with HRIS databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
  • Previous experience recruiting for a fully remote company is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized and goal oriented.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
