Relationship Manager

About us

We’re Traction® Tools—the first officially licensed software for companies running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, aka EOS. We are a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS startup, building our Business Development Team. We are looking to hire a Relationship Manager who will strengthen the relationships between Traction Tools and key relationships such as networking, peer groups, business sectors, etc. These key relationships are very important to the EOS Community and serve as one of our growing referral channels. We are looking for someone to help build and expand our working relationship with these members of the community.

 

About the role

In this 100% remote role, you’ll work with several different teams across the company, including Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Support and Data. This list is not comprehensive, but, in general, you’ll be accountable for the following roles:

  • Increase referrals from new and existing key relationship organizations by building on existing relationships and developing new relationships while increasing customer satisfaction
  • Continually optimize and follow the Traction Tools Proven and Core Processes
  • Utilize our CRM as trained
  • Onboard and train key relationship points of contact in the Traction Tools software
  • Document and track key relationship engagement (e.g., phone calls, personal information, meetings, etc.) in the CRM
  • Plan, organize and maintain an annual calendar of key relationship engagement

 

Main responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level support for our key relationships including EOS® Implementers and Networking and Peer Groups.
  • Respond to questions and tickets through our ticketing system
  • Provide live software training sessions for key relationships
  • In-depth learning of EOS by reading the Traction books and videos
  • Attend and help plan sponsored events
  • Forecast and maintain monthly budget

 

About you
  • You have a great attitude (smile-through-the phone level of great!) and highly personable
  • You have experience working with customers over the phone and by video conference calls. You genuinely love it! (What’s even better is if your experience is in software sales and support!)
  • You are extremely tech-savvy (bonus points if you love geeking out about technology!)
  • You are highly connected to networking, peer groups and business sectors already
  • You are able to train key relationships in all levels of our software
  • You go the extra mile—providing the minimum isn’t good enough for you
  • You have access to a computer, video camera, high-speed internet and a quiet place in your home to work without distractions.
  • You show impeccable follow through. You finish your tasks and projects on time, ALL of the time, and nothing falls through the cracks. If there is a breakdown or you experience a roadblock, you are in full communication ahead of time.
  • You have savvy email writing abilities (concise, articulate writing)
  • You have common sense galore. You’re a problem solver who can easily unpack seemingly complicated issues
  • You love (and promote) great teamwork
  • Your ability to execute on projects shows strong project management skills
  • You have an innate ability to listen keenly and be present
  • You have a background in event management

Bonus: 

  • You already know EOS and are familiar with Traction Tools
  • You have experience with the “Great Game of Business” 
  • You have an entrepreneurial background (used to working for a startup company)
