IT Internal Support Analyst

We have an exciting opening for an IT Internal Support Analyst to join our remote workforce.

This position supports daily functions of the entire Internal Operations team by providing second-level IT knowledge, system maintenance, process management, asset management and backup management, as well as a high level of functional knowledge of system interoperability. The IT Internal Support Analyst reports to the Systems and Security Leader and will deliver consistent project card and urgent request completion.
 
Must be ready to work from home in a distraction-free office. A well functioning computer and good Internet connectivity are required. Be prepared to participate in high-caliber meetings by offering ideas, completing tasks on time, and managing projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Open and capable to learn numerous software applications and understand how they work together
  • Experience as an administrator; understands the importance and challenges of setting rules and processes
  • Strong internal code of conduct
  • Experience with messaging services, access control lists, software administration, asset management (hardware and software)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing support tickets
  • Propensity to see staff as clients; service orientation and conscientiousness
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines; time management skills
  • Proven ability for foresight and follow-through

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • EOS knowledge
  • Any management system experience
  • Workflow or automation creation experience
  • Prior experience working remotely
