Data Entry Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Data entry specialist uploads client related data to their respective accounts with integrity without losing the essence of what the client wants to see if files need to be formatted. Data Entry falls in the core of our whole operation as a company as it shows how the client’s data interacts with Traction Tools.

The Data Entry Specialist will report to Data Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Creating new clients’ Traction Tools account and uploading all of their data
  • Working with HTML and building scripts
  • Triaging support tickets
  • Answering support tickets
  • Answering support questions via our phone system

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service experience
  • Moderate level of mastery with MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, and HTML
  • Loves helping others
  • Bilingual – Spanish & English (good spoken and written English is a must)
  • Good typing skills
  • Quiet and professional office space to work from home
