Data Entry Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Data Entry Specialist uploads client related data to their respective accounts with integrity without losing the essence of what the client wants to see if files need to be formatted. Data Entry falls in the core of our whole operation as a company, as it shows how the client’s data interacts with Traction® Tools.

The Data Entry Specialist will report to Data Team Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Creating new clients’ Traction Tools account and uploading all of their data.
  • Assisting to Edit/Update data in existing clients’ Traction Tools account.
  • Always looking for the most efficient way to upload data.
  • Helping to maintain our CRM.
  • Answering Support tickets.
  • Assisting our Spanish-speaking clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Customer service experience
  • Moderate level of mastery with MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
  • Loves helping others
  • Bilingual (preferably Spanish/English)
  • Good typing skills
  • Quiet and professional office space to work from home
