How Traction® Tools Maximizes Six Key Components™ of Your Business

In the book Traction, Gino Wickman outlines the Six Key Components™ of any organization that are essential for a great business. This is the EOS Model™, and it applies to big and small businesses alike, in any industry.

Traction Tools software was intentionally designed to help you implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System® at every one of the Six Key Components of your organization. We’re much more than a handy meeting agenda—Traction Tools is a powerful tool that helps you get the most out of every area of your business. Many companies that use Traction Tools accelerate their success with EOS® and gain traction more quickly.

Maximize Your Six Key Components

“I’ve seen firsthand how using Traction Tools can help an organization purely implement EOS,” said Mike Paton, Visionary at EOS Worldwide. “It’s helped the EOS Worldwide leadership team, my EOS Implementer practice, and many of my clients run more efficient Level 10 Meetings, keep a V/TO and Accountability Chart at hand and up to date, and better manage Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues.”

Boost Your Entire Business

If you’re using software to help your company run on EOS, you should use a tool that will connect to every one of the Six Key Components of your business. Traction Tools was built to boost your productivity in each component. As a result, we were the first licensed software for EOS, and the EOS Worldwide leadership team uses Traction Tools on a regular basis.

About the Author

Kathy is the Integrator at Traction® Tools and, quite frankly, one of the main reasons our company took flight. After joining forces with Certified EOS Implementer™ Todd Smart as his executive assistant in 2013, she helped catapult Smart Partners, Inc. into a thriving entrepreneurial company. By that time, Kathy’s love affair with EOS® was a done deal. A few years later when the saucy little startup Traction Tools appeared on the EOS scene, Kathy switched gears and focused her attention on making Traction Tools an operational success. Her work at Traction Tools has been described by our Visionary as “akin to transforming an airplane into a rocket ship—mid-flight.” She harnessed and directed our energy toward rapid growth. She’s done the same as the director of learning and a member of the Leadership Team of the Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM).
